in open stock for the lifetime of the pattern and/or item. So you may
purchase replacement pieces without buying a whole new set.
4. Pfaltzgraff warrants its stoneware products to purchasers against
defects in workmanship or material for 5 years from the day you buy it.
5. Pfaltzgraff promises a 5 Year In-Stock that if your pattern is ever
retired, they can produce basic dinnerware items for 5 years after the
date your pattern is retired.
6. Pfaltzgraff supports order status checking.
